Advantages:
Evaporation and reverse flow of reaction material can be controlled.
Large bottle neck design, easier to clean. It can be used as a distillation synthesis device.
The tightness is 0.098Mpa.
LCD display, it is easier and more convenient to measure the temperature.
Single-layer or double-layer PTFE sheet for stirring, corrosion resistance
The inner layer of the glass reactor can be placed in the reaction solvent to carry out the stirring reaction, and the sandwich can be connected with various cold and heat sources (freezing liquid, hot water or hot oil) to carry out high-temperature reaction (configured with corresponding circulating oil bath) or low-temperature reaction (configured with corresponding low-temperature circulating freezing liquid system, and heating and cooling built-in circulator can also be selected; Under the condition of establishing a constant temperature, the stirring reaction can be carried out in a closed glass reactor under atmospheric pressure or negative pressure according to the requirements of use, and can carry out reflux and distillation of the reaction solution, and can be pumped into vacuum to carry out vacuum reaction. Stirred reaction, and can do reflux of the reaction solution and distillation, the use can be pumped into vacuum to do vacuum reaction.
It is an ideal pilot test and production equipment for modern fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals and synthesis of new materials.
***Please note: 1L, 3L glass reactors are supplied with temperature tube only (without PT100 temperature sensor)

Overview
The TOPT-1L Glass Jacketed Reactor is a double-walled (double glass) reaction vessel designed for controlled stirred reactions at laboratory and pilot scale. Constructed from Borosilicate glass 3.3, it offers a 1 liter working capacity and a transparent reaction chamber that allows continuous visual monitoring of the process. The inner layer holds the reaction solvent, while the jacket can be connected to various cold and heat sources—freezing liquid, hot water, or hot oil—to maintain a defined reaction temperature.
The unit supports reaction temperatures across a broad range of -120 to 300 ºC, making it suitable for both high-temperature work (with a corresponding circulating oil bath) and low-temperature work (with a corresponding low-temperature circulating freezing liquid system). A heating and cooling built-in circulator can also be selected. An LCD display makes temperature reading straightforward and convenient.

Features and Operation
The reactor is engineered so that evaporation and reverse flow of reaction material can be controlled. A large bottle-neck design makes the vessel easier to clean and allows it to be used as a distillation synthesis device. Stirring is handled with a single-layer or double-layer PTFE sheet for corrosion resistance, driven across the adjustable 50 to 1200 rpm range.
Once a constant temperature has been established, the stirred reaction can be carried out in the closed glass reactor at atmospheric pressure or under negative pressure, according to the requirements of use. The system supports reflux and distillation of the reaction solution, and can be pumped into vacuum to perform vacuum reactions. For applications that demand stable thermal control or rapid temperature swings, the jacket can be paired with a unit such as the LX-0400 recirculating chiller.
Applications and Related Equipment
This jacketed reactor is an ideal pilot test and production tool for modern fine chemicals, biopharmaceuticals, and the synthesis of new materials. Laboratories standardizing glassware can match the inner vessel with a compatible round-bottom flask for connected distillation and synthesis setups. Facilities that need a larger working volume can move up to the 5 liter Jacketed Reactor while retaining the same operating principles.
Please note: the 1L and 3L glass reactors are supplied with a temperature tube only (without a PT100 temperature sensor).
